This is what I am talking about people! Thanks for the suggestion Cas! I think we will be making a stop on our way threw Amarillo at the Big Texan Steak House. It looks like just the sort of place I like to visit in foreign lands like Texas. And what better way to make my dad proud, seeing as how he was born in Texas and all.
